If treatment is recommended for at this time, you can start the same day by taking your scan to save you additional trips in! Most people can start treatment for as little as $300 down and interest-free payments that are $200 or less per month.
Once you start treatment we will set up your DentalMonitoring so we can track your progress weekly and see you when you need to be seen, rather than guessing with a 6-12 week cookie-cutter next visit. This means you will spend less time in the waiting room and orthodontic chair, and more time out enjoying the things that make you smile.

Our North County Orthodontics offices in Paso Robles and Atascadero are fully digital and equipped with some of the most progressive technology available in the field, allowing us to tailor each detail of your treatment to fit you perfectly. By seamlessly integrating technology with orthodontic care, we are able to enhance patient convenience, improve treatment efficiency, and deliver exceptional results.
To start we use only digital X-rays, which have been shown to drastically reduce radiation exposure to patients compared to conventional X-rays.
With our iTero Element Scanner, we can digitally capture a detailed, 3D model of your teeth and gums. Not only is an iTero Element digital scan far more comfortable than the old putty-based impressions, but it’s faster and provides images that are more precise.
Our North County Orthodontics offices are fully digital and each treatment plan is digitally planned and customized to each patient with LightForce or Spark. Read more about that below!
We also use DentalMonitoring a cutting-edge technology empowers patients with the ability to take regular scans of their teeth using a smartphone or tablet, eliminating the need for frequent in-person appointments. These scans are then securely shared with Drs. Ross and Laura Pulver for personalized analysis and treatment adjustments.
WE digitally plan your treatment.
The planning process for LightForce clear braces and Spark™ clear aligners are entirely digital and each plan is customized for each patient. When you schedule your initial consultation with us, we’ll complete a comprehensive digital scan of your teeth (no goopy molds!) This scan will then be used to design your customized treatment with either custom brackets for each individual tooth or custom clear aligners.
LightForce made-to-order brackets can be placed wherever they’re needed on the teeth, giving us total control over the movements they make. This makes treatment faster and more efficient than with traditional braces. LightForce brackets are also more discreet than metal braces! They’re made from 100% polycrystalline alumina that blends in beautifully with the natural color of your teeth.
Spark™ clear aligners are clear, removable, convenient and a great choice for patients wanting a more discreet orthodontic option. They are easy to clean, almost invisible, comfortable, and stain-free.

Orthodontics is one of the nine specialties recognized by the American Dental Association. To become an orthodontist, Drs. Ross and Laura Pulver received an additional two or three years of specialized education beyond dental school to learn to create beautiful, healthy, and lasting smiles. Drs. Ross and Laura Pulver practice orthodontics exclusively and have completed the requirements to become board-certified orthodontist by the American Board of Orthodontics (only one in three orthodontists are board certified).

For your convenience, we accept assignment of most PPO dental insurance plans and are even in network with several insurance companies. We will work hard to help you receive the maximum benefit from your dental insurance and will help to create a payment plan that fits your budget.
